You keep your profits, and all the proceeds from table space purchases directly support The Children’s Home, helping us continue our 160-year legacy of promoting well-being for Maryland’s children and families. To remit payment, you may do so online via PayPal or by sending a check made payable to The Children’s Home. Please write “Community Yard Sale” in the memo line. Each table space is $50.

How can I reserve a table space to sell my items at the yard sale? To secure your table space, please complete the RSVP form on this page, or contact Sharon Moore at 410-744-7310 ext. 104.
Do I need to bring my own table for the yard sale? Yes, individuals should bring their own table, preferably a 6ft table.
How can I pay for the table space? Please make checks payable to The Children’s Home, with “Table Space for Yard Sale” in the memo line.
What is the cost of each table space? Each table space is $50.00 per table.
What happens with the money I make from selling my items? Sellers keep all the money from the items they sell.
When should I complete my setup on the event day? Please ensure your setup is complete no later than 9:30 am, as the sale begins at 10:00 am.
What do I do with items that I don’t sell? Sellers are responsible for taking back any items they do not sell. The Children’s Home will not be responsible for leftover items.
What forms of payment can I accept from buyers? Sellers have the flexibility to decide on the accepted forms of payment, whether it’s cash, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or other methods.
What time does the sale end? The yard sale concludes at 2:00 pm.
Do I need to clean up after the event? Yes, please make sure to remove all trash and debris when you leave. Your cooperation in maintaining a clean environment is greatly appreciated.

The Children’s Home (TCH) is a beacon of hope and care since its founding in 1863.
